Chapeau! are back and they’re bossed it with their new women’s club jersey. Here, we take a first look at the sleek, new piece and have a good poke about its ergonomic features…

Striking the perfect balance between timeless designs and thoroughly modern tech, Chapeau! is a British cyclewear brand that’s producing some of the most gorgeous kit we’ve seen this year.

From their cool caps to their jazzy jerseys, every single Chapeau! piece is designed with the same belief that drove their founder, Will Miles, in the first place.

“We founded Chapeau! because we’d had enough of bright, shapeless and inadequate gear. We wanted gear in a style and cut that was both classic and contemporary and performed as well as the best.”

From Colombia with love
The latest rendition of the Women’s Club Jersey is juiced up with a spicy, modern twist. With their hearts stolen by the stunning Colombian vistas on their trip to the World Track Championships back in 2011, Chapeau!’s design team has been looking to design a tribute jersey ever since.

Capturing the rhythmic beat of Vallenato, Colombia’s Caribbean-inspired folk music and the buzz of home-grown espresso, this ‘Nick Loves Colombia – Dark Knight’ design screams ¡Vamos a rumbiar! – let’s party!

The jersey is available in two different colourways – the first featuring the traditional Colombian stripes, and the second reflecting Chapeau!’s abstract version of the flag – a design that was almost definitely scribbled after one too many Aguilas.

The prints may be different, but it’s still the same Club jersey underneath, which means modern, moisture-wicking and breathable fabrics, reflective features and UV protection.

Slim-fitting raglan sleeves enhance aerodynamics and comfy feel and three full-size rear pockets provide a cavernous space for all manner of tools, snacks and Colombian coffee beans – should you ever need them.

We most certainly doff our casquettes to this latest, fantastical creation from Chapeau!
